Competitive Ammo, LLC (“Competitive Ammo, LLC”, we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and processes a variety of data, some of which may be Personal Data of users of our website and online services. “Personal Data” is defined as non-public information that identifies a specific living person (not a company, legal entity, or machine) and is transmitted to or accessible through the Services (defined below). Our Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data we may collect, use, and process, how we do that, and how the data subjects, i.e. Users, may use their rights. This Privacy Policy only applies to Personal Data we obtain from our customers, our customers’ customers, and their representatives (collectively, “Users”), including, without limitation, such data we obtain through our websites and online services when the relevant User registers to use or otherwise utilizes software functionality utilizing the Orchid cloud-based infrastructure, software, and other applications used by Competitive Ammo, LLC to provide the necessary functionality for operations across all aspects of the Orchid system (collectively, the “Services”). In addition, some of our Services might be subject to a separate privacy policy. If a separate privacy policy applies to a particular Service, we will post it on the relevant website or otherwise in connection with the Service in question. This Privacy Policy may be updated if required in order to reflect the changes in data processing practices or otherwise. The current version can be found on our website www.competitiveammo.com. We will not make substantial changes to this Privacy Policy or reduce the rights of Users under this Privacy Policy without providing a notice thereof on our website. This Privacy Policy only covers data processing of Personal Data carried out by Competitive Ammo, LLC and Personal Data in the possession of Competitive Ammo, LLC, The Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third parties. Competitive Ammo, LLC disclaims all responsibility for the processing carried out by third parties, also in cases where Services include hyperlinks to third parties’ websites. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies to processing of Personal Data carried out by Orchid Privacy, security and online safety are of the utmost importance for us, and we process all Personal Data with due care and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND SOURCES OF DATA
We collect two types of information from the Users; User Data and Technical Data. Although we do not normally use Technical Data to identify individuals, sometimes individuals can be recognized from it, either alone or when combined or linked with User Data. In such situations, Technical Data may also be considered to be Personal Data under applicable laws and we will treat the combined data as Personal Data if required by applicable laws. Competitive Ammo, LLC may collect and process, for example, the following User Data from Users: (i) name and contact details; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) phone number; (iv) invoicing and billing information; (v) transaction and other payment data; and (vi) other Personal Data Users provide themselves. The specific kind of User Data collected will depend on the Services used by the User. Some of the User Data is received directly from Users at the point of registration or otherwise at beginning of and during the customer relationship, and the rest is based on the data they provide to Competitive Ammo, LLC that is processed. Technical Data we gather in connection with the use of our Services may include, for example, the following data: (i) User’s IP address; (ii) browser type and version; (iii) preferred language; (iv) geographic location using IP address or the GPS, wireless, or Bluetooth technology on your device; (v) operating system and computer platform; (vi) the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Services, including date and time; (vii) products or services a User viewed or searched for while using our Services; (viii) areas of our Services a User has visited; and (ix) historical data regarding the use of our Services.

Our Services use several web analytics services to compile Technical Data and reports on visitor usage and to help us improve our Services.
1.2 Cookies
We use various technologies to collect and store Technical Data and other information when Users visit our Services, including cookies. Cookies allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our Services and monitor the use of the Services. This helps us to improve our Services and better serve our Users. In some parts of the Services, Users may be requested to grant their consent for the processing of Personal Data. In this event, Users may withdraw their consent at any time. 4. PURPOSES AND LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
There are several purposes for the processing of Personal Data by Competitive Ammo, LLC. Personal Data is processed by Competitive Ammo, LLC for managing the relationships with customers, facilitating transactions and payments, and for managing, developing, and analyzing our customer service. Personal Data is also used to direct marketing at special customer groups, and other business activities related to any of these activities. User Data and Technical Data are also used or processed by Competitive Ammo, LLC for some or all of the following purposes:
4.1 For quality improvement and trend analysis.
We may process information regarding the use of the Services to improve the quality of our Services e.g. by analyzing any trends in the use of our Services. When possible, we will do this using only aggregated, non-personally identifiable data.
4.2 To provide our Services and carry out our contractual obligations.
We process Personal Data in the first place to be able to offer the Services to our customers and Users and to run, maintain, and develop our business. In some cases, Personal Data may be processed in order to carry out our contractual obligations towards the User. We may use the data, for example, to offer essential functionalities of the Services and to provide access to the Services. If a User contacts our customer service, we will use the provided information for answering questions and solving possible issues.
4.3 For customer communication.
We may process Personal Data for the purpose of contacting Users regarding our Services and to inform Users of changes in our Services. Data may also be used for research and analysis purposes in order to improve our Services.
4.4 For adding Value-Added Functionality to our Services.
In all instances, we use data solely to the extent permitted by applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Provided the following are done in full compliance with this Privacy Policy, applicable laws, rules, and regulations, Competitive Ammo, LLC may (a) process, analyze, and manage data to provide services to its customers; (b) use data to mitigate fraud, financial loss, or other harm to its clients and itself; and (c) use data to analyze, develop, and improve its products, systems, and tools.
4.5 For other purposes.
We may share Personal Data with affiliated third parties for business purposes, but never in a manner prohibited by applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Our sharing or use of Personal Data will, at all times, be compliant with applicable law. We may use or share Personal Data in conjunction with providing Services to Users and with companies Competitive Ammo, LLC includes in ancillary products or services offered in conjunction with the Orchid Services. Competitive Ammo, LLC will not sell or share Personal Data with unaffiliated companies.
5. STORAGE PERIOD
Competitive Ammo, LLC does not store Personal Data longer than is legally permitted and necessary for the purposes of providing the Services or the relevant parts thereof. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the purposes of processing. The maximum period may therefore vary per use. Typically, we will store a User’s Personal Data for as long as the User or the relevant customer the User represents is a registered subscriber or a registered user of our Services or for as long as we have another purpose to do so and, thereafter, for no longer than is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary for internal reporting and reconciliation purposes. In general, Personal Data of a User is deleted within reasonable time after the User no longer uses any part of the Services or when the User makes a request regarding deletion of the User’s Personal Data. We only store your Personal Data for while you are using our Services. The data will be deleted within a reasonable time after you’ve stopped using our Services or requested your Personal Data to be deleted.
6. USER RIGHTS
6.1 Right to withdraw consent.
In case the processing is based on a consent granted by User, User may withdraw the consent at any time. Withdrawing a consent may lead to fewer possibilities to use, or the complete termination of, our Services.
6.2 Right to correct.
Users have the right to have incorrect, imprecise, incomplete, outdated, or unnecessary Personal Data we have stored about the User corrected or completed.
6.3 Right to object.
Users may object to certain use of Personal Data if such data are processed for purposes other than those necessary for the performance of our Services to the User or for compliance with a legal obligation. Users may also object to any further processing of Personal Data after prior given consent. If User objects to the further processing of Personal Data, this may lead to fewer possibilities to use our Services. In the event and at the sole discretion of Competitive Ammo, LLC if it is determined that the Service can no longer be provided without customer acceptance of modified terms, a pro-rated refund of service will be paid back to the User.
6.4 Right to access.
Competitive Ammo, LLC offers access for the Users to the Personal Data processed by us. This means that a User may contact us and we will inform what Personal Data we have collected and processed regarding such User and the purposes such data are used for.
6.5 Right to data portability.
Users have the right to receive their Personal Data from us in a structured and commonly used format and to independently transmit those data to a third party.
6.6 Right to deletion.
Users may also ask us to delete the User’s Personal Data from our systems. We will comply with such request unless we have a legitimate ground to not delete the data. We may not immediately be able to delete all residual copies from our servers and backup systems after the active data has been deleted. Such copies shall be deleted as soon as reasonably possible.
6.7 Right to restriction of processing.
Users may request us to restrict certain processing of Personal Data, this may however lead to fewer possibilities to use our Services.
6.8 How to use the rights.
The above-mentioned rights may be used by sending a letter or an e-mail to us at the addresses set out in Section 10 below, including the following information: the User’s full name, company name (if applicable), address, e-mail address and a phone number. We may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the User. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded. As a User you have the right to access, correct, and delete your Personal Data. Contact us for any requests to exercise your rights.
6.9 Lodging a complaint.
In case a User considers our processing of Personal Data to be inconsistent with the applicable data protection laws, a complaint may be lodged with our customer support team at Competitive Ammo, LLC from 10AM to 3 PM Central Time or our email at Competitive Ammo, LLC online through our website, or mail us at: sales@competitiveammo.com.
7. INFORMATION SECURITY
We will take all reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect the Personal Data we store and process from unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. Measures include, for example, where appropriate, encryption, firewalls, secure facilities and access right systems. We maintain all Personal Data collected through industry standard safe mechanisms including, but not necessarily limited to, encryption of password data as well as API keys, SSL encryption, passing of credit card information directly to our acquiring bank(s) and encryption of any collected credit card information. We use administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the Personal Data we collect and process. Our security controls are designed to maintain an appropriate level of data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We regularly test our websites, data centers, systems, and other assets for security vulnerabilities. If a security breach occurs despite our security measures that is likely to have negative effects to the privacy of Users, we will inform the relevant Users and other affected parties, as well as relevant authorities when required by applicable data protection laws, about the breach as soon as reasonably possible. We use appropriate security measures to keep your Personal Data safe. If a breach that might affect your privacy should occur, we’ll inform the relevant authorities and let you know.
8. RECIPIENTS
We only share Personal Data within the organization of Competitive Ammo, LLC if and as far as reasonably necessary to perform and develop our Services. We do not share Personal Data with third parties outside of Competitive Ammo, LLC organization unless one of the following circumstances applies:
8.1 With explicit consent
We may share Personal Data with third parties outside Competitive Ammo, LLC’s organization for other reasons than the ones mentioned before, when we have the User’s explicit consent to do so. The User has the right to withdraw this consent at all times. We do not share your Personal Data with third-parties unless necessary to provide you with our Services or for legal reasons.
8.2 It is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy
To the extent that third parties need access to Personal Data to perform the Services, Competitive Ammo, LLC has taken appropriate contractual and organizational measures to ensure that Personal Data are processed exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8.3 To authorized service providers
We may share Personal Data to authorized service providers who perform services for us (including data storage, sales, marketing and customer support services). Our agreements with our service providers include commitments that the service providers agree to limit their use of Personal Data and to comply with privacy and security standards at least as stringent as the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please bear in mind that if you provide Personal Data directly to a third party, such as through a link on our website, the processing is typically based on their policies and standards.
8.4 For legal reasons
We may share Personal Data with third parties outside Competitive Ammo, LLC’s organization if we have a good-faith belief that access to and use of the Personal Data is reasonably necessary to: (i) meet any applicable law, regulation, and/or court order; (ii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; and/or (iii) protect the interests, properties, or safety of Competitive Ammo, LLC’s Users or the public in accordance with the law. When possible, we will inform Users about such transfer and processing.
8.5 For other legitimate reasons
If Competitive Ammo, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we may transfer Personal Data to the third party involved. However, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of all Personal Data. We will give notice to all Users concerned when their Personal Data is transferred or become subject to a different privacy policy as soon as reasonably possible.
8.6 For other purposes.
We may share Personal Data with affiliated third parties for business purposes, but never in a manner prohibited by applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Our sharing or use of Personal Data will, at all times, be compliant with applicable law. We may use or share Personal Data in conjunction with providing Services to Users and with companies Orchid, Square or Crow that includes in ancillary products or services offered in conjunction with the Competitive Ammo, LLC Services. Competitive Ammo, LLC will not sell or share Personal Data with unaffiliated companies.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Competitive Ammo, LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If we make any changes, we will notify you by posting it on our website and revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, in some cases, provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you more directly by email or means of a notice on the home page prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. Your continued access or use of our website and Services following a change means you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure the item you ordered arrives promptly and works exactly the way it should. We implemented a return policy designed to let you shop with confidence and make things as easy as possible when things don't work out. Firearm & Lower Receiver Returns
When you receive the firearm or lower receiver at the FFL, please inspect it thoroughly before accepting the transfer. The policies outlined below are only for guns or lower receivers that are picked up from the FFL. Returns are only eligible when the product has been used properly and is returned in its original condition.
If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up within 14 days of arrival, including failed background check, not legally allowed to own, refusal to pick up, or any other reason the transfer is not otherwise able to be completed, the transaction will be canceled. Competitive Ammo, LLC will process a cancelation and return of the product, minus any fees, a $30 return shipping fee, original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
New Gun and New Lower Receiver Return Policy
All new gun & new lower receiver AND ALL AMMO sales are final. As a reminder, new guns are eligible for any applicable manufacturer's warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.
Certified Used Guns
Competitive Ammo, LLC offers a ‘no questions asked’ return policy for Competitive Ammo, LLC Certified Used Guns. For a period of 2 (TWO) calendar days after physical transfer, Competitive Ammo, LLC will accept a return of the firearm regardless of reason for a full refund, minus any fees, a $30 return shipping fee, original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
Competitive Ammo, LLC will NOT accept the return of GUN BROKER Certified Used Guns with mechanical defects for a refund, provided such return is made within 3 calendar days of physical transfer of the firearm. Competitive Ammo, LLC will NOT cover any shipping fees in the case of a mechanical defect.
After 3 calendar days, all sales are final.
Non-Certified Used Guns
Competitive Ammo, LLC will accept the return of Non-Certified Used Guns with mechanical defects for a full refund, provided such return is made within 2 calendar days of physical transfer of the firearm. Competitive Ammo, LLC will NOT cover all shipping fees in the case of a mechanical defect.
After 3 calendar days, all sales are final.
AMMUNITION, OPTICS, MAGAZINES, HOLSTERS, KNIVES, HUNTING GEAR, RANGE GEAR, UPPER RECEIVERS, SUPPRESSOR COMPONENTS & OTHER ACCESSORIES;
Competitive Ammo, LLC does not accept returns on Ammunition, Optics, Magazines, Suppressor Components & all other accessories. All accessory sales are final. Optics, magazines and other accessories may be eligible for any applicable manufacturer's warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.
Suppressors
Competitive Ammo, LLC does not accept returns on Suppressors.
ATF DENIALS OR RETURN WITHOUT ACTION
If your FORM 4 application is denied approval, Competitive Ammo, LLC will refund the full cost purchase, including the tax stamp, less a 25% processing fee or $200, whichever is greater. 100% of sales tax will be refunded. If your application is deemed returned without action (RWA) by the ATF, your application will be resubmitted after you resolve your record at no additional cost. Should you choose not to resubmit your application, you will receive your full cost of purchase back, including your tax stamp, less a 25 percent processing fee.
Competitive Ammo, LLC Branded Merchandise
Competitive Ammo, LLC Branded Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We provide free return shipping on Competitive Ammo, LLC branded merchandise and on all clothing eligible for return.
Items Lost or Damaged in Shipment

If you receive INCORRECT OR MISSING items, please contact us.
Shipping labels are emailed and will need to be printed by the customer.
All returns on orders paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the card used on the purchase once confirmation of receipt of merchandise has been made and inspection has been completed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds are credited between 3 to 5 business days after issuance.
We do not provide an exchange option. Simply place a new order for the desired merchandise. Since items tend to sell out quickly, we recommend immediately placing an order for the replacement merchandise.
Competitive Ammo, LLC reserves the right to limit or decline returns.
Keep in mind, most manufacturers provide a manufacturer’s warranty, and any product issues should be submitted to the manufacturer first.
Returned clothing may not be washed, worn or have any damage caused by accident. We recommend following washing and handling information as we will not honor returns due to improper care or use, or the natural breakdown of colors or materials over extended time and use.
Any returns received that do not qualify for our Return Policy may be returned to the customer at their expense. When possible, the expense will be charged to the credit card on file for the purchase. This includes items that are non-returnable, damaged, misused or not purchased from Competitive Ammo, LLC.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Log in to your account or go straight to your Order History if you’re already logged in. If a tracking number was provided, you will be able to see exact shipping details.
NOTE: There is an additional shipping charge for orders that weigh over 50 lbs. If applicable, this additional charge will be reflected in your total shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
Competitive Ammo, LLC does not currently ship to any item to PO Boxes, Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO.
Competitive Ammo, LLC does not ship suppressors to anyone or any store or FFL.
AMMUNITION: Ammunition must ship Ground. On average, ammunition orders will, after processing time, take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your provided shipping address.
SUPPRESSORS: Competitive Ammo, LLC does NOT sell.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping methods may be added for additional cost for some items. The shipping options available will display in the checkout process. These expedited shipping methods are subject to Monday-Friday business day operations and DO NOT include Saturday delivery. For Saturday delivery please contact us prior to purchase. There is no expedited shipping method for ammunition purchases.
FREE SHIPPING: Any free shipping promotions do not apply to bulk orders or to expedited shipping. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for each free shipping offer does not include firearms processing fee or tax.
Package Protection
We now offer flat-rate Package Protection as part of our shipping and delivery services for all Products ordered from the Competitive Ammo, LLC website up to $5,000.00.
